We offer our delivery service to all residential homes, apartment buildings, hotels and commercial businesses. If you live in our delivery zones we service you.
How do you set up your account...
We also have starter kits with many concierge and leasing offices throughout Boston and Cambridge. Please ask your concierge or leasing office for an EMERALD starter kit.
How does it all work...
Pick a delivery location:
Residential home delivery customers can pick a delivery location at their home. For example: Back door, mudroom, garage are some great locations to leave your items for pickup. You DO NOT have to be home when we pickup and deliver your clothes. You can even provide a door key if necessary as we are fully insured.
If you live in a building with a Concierge, doorman or leasing office. Just leave your items with them. We service EVERY building in BOSTON. and we pickup and deliver EVERYDAY but Sunday.
Leave your bag out:
We will supply you with our famous eco friendly laundry and garment bags, which you leave in your pickup location for our drivers to retrieve either Monday for Thursday, Tuesday for Friday or Wednesday for Saturday (For your 1st order any bag will do... But please make sure you mark it for EMERALD!!!) Need Rush Service no problem, all you have to do is ask.
Hassle Free Payment:
Once you setup your account our office team will call you to setup payment. We then automatically bill your dry cleaning cost to any major credit card, hassle free each time we deliver your clothes back to your home or office.
Unattended Anytime pickup:
When you sign up for home delivery with "Unattended" anytime pickup you will receive FREE pickup and delivery. Get our famous "Green Garmento" laundry bag that turns into a garment bag to protect your dry cleaning items during pickup and delivery.
"Unattended Anytime" Free delivery includes:
- Residential Homes
- Buildings with a leasing office, concierge or doorman
- If you give a key or the code to a call box
- Corporate business accounts that are open between 9am-5pm
The only time a $5 fee is charged is if...
- Your pickup or delivery has a scheduled time Example: Please pickup my clothes between 6pm-8pm
- Your order is less than the $20 minimum
- Rush Services (48hrs or less is requested)
Green Facts:
You can order your dry cleaning "NAKED" and we will place your items inside the garment bag without any plastic, garment covers or twist ties. This simple step will help reduce the estimated 300 million pounds of single-use plastic dry-cleaning bags that enter our landfills and waterways which threaten our marine and wildlife.
